Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty products across various departments including skincare, haircare, and wellness.
• Participate in continuous learning and training sessions to stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge.
• Promote and educate customers about Sephora's CRM program and its benefits.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store standards and ensure product displays are visually appealing.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Availability to work three full days, including late nights and weekends.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
