Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a superior, consultative customer experience across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness categories; actively engage customers and tailor recommendations to individual needs.
- Demonstrate and communicate product features and benefits, perform product application and sampling where applicable, and convert interactions into sales using a consultative selling approach.
- Promote and enrol customers in the CRM programme; leverage customer data to build relationships and drive repeat visits.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish stock, execute product launches and ensure the selling floor is presentation‑ready.
- Participate in onboarding, in‑store training and cross‑training sessions; adopt continuous learning through the company’s online learning platform and field trainers.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, follow cash handling and loss‑prevention procedures, and support store operational tasks as required.
- Work rostered shifts that include late nights and weekend trading; provide a minimum of three full days’ availability across peak trading times.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly and maintain client relationships.
- Flexibility to work rostered late‑night and weekend shifts; ability to commit to at least three full trading days per week.
- Right to work in Australia.

Entry‑level role. Previous retail or customer‑facing sales experience is desirable but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a passion for beauty.
Education
Completion of secondary education preferred.
