Sephora Rio de Janeiro seeks a Retail Administrative Supervisor to manage store operations, inventory and administrative processes.

Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute store administrative and operational processes to ensure compliance with Sephora’s commercial concepts, policies and culture.
- Oversee inventory receipt and stock-control procedures, coordinating merchandise receiving and reconciliation with store teams.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and prepare operational reports to support store profitability and KPI achievement.
- Provide frontline support for customer interactions and step in to operate the cash register/POS when required.
- Coach and coordinate with store staff to ensure adherence to presentation standards, dress code and service protocols.
- Promote organisation, process discipline and proactive problem-solving to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; tertiary education preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in administrative or stock/control roles within retail.
- Proven experience with store administration, inventory receiving and basic cash-handling procedures.
- Strong organisational skills, proactivity and a collaborative team mindset.
- Good verbal communication skills and flexibility to support store operations during peak periods.

Experience
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in retail administration, inventory management or store operations.
Education
High school diploma required; university degree or higher education in business/administration preferred. Foreign language knowledge desirable.
