Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Vice President of Retail, China, and collaborate with other Regional Directors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized at all times.
- Execute commercial strategies across regional stores.
- Analyze business information related to store staff, customers, and marketing activities.
- Optimize annual commercial events and CRM programs.
- Maintain high standards of customer service in alignment with company goals.
- Understand and enhance the competitive positioning of the region.
- Manage and coach Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Managers.
- Monitor and improve the performance of District Managers.
- Coordinate new store openings, renovations, and closures within the region.
Qualifications
- University degree in business or economics preferred.
- Over 12 years of work experience with at least 8 years in regional or district management within the retail industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
