Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing training events, managing Expert communities, and coordinating the bi-annual Retail Training seminar for Sephora University.
- Support the Director of Sephora University and the PMO team in various administrative tasks, including reviewing presentations, budgetary purchase requests, and orders.
- Maintain Qualiopi certification standards through constant monitoring and follow-up.
- Organize and coordinate meetings with diverse stakeholders.
- Support the Retail Coaching program, including participant tracking, presentation review, and certification management.
- Manage internal event content for Sephora University's Instagram account.
- Handle external communication for team projects, including drafting the monthly newsletter and coordinating with internal communication teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, HR program, or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English and French.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and maintain a comprehensive project overview.
- Versatility and autonomy are essential traits.
- Effective communication skills in an international context.
