Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and receiving to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
  • Manage store maintenance and loss-prevention practices to create a safe, inviting shopping environment.
  • Coach, develop and schedule the operations team; build team capability in operational processes, selling behaviors and performance metrics.
  • Support the client experience by partnering with sales teams to meet store goals and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards across shifts and teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop front-line teams to achieve measurable goals.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven capability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Effective time management and prioritization in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.

Experience

At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality is required; candidates with 3 or more years of progressive responsibility in store operations are strongly preferred.

Education
