Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews.
  • Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
  • Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback to the operations team.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
  • Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, and payroll.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrated strong store operations skills.

Skills

Effective time management and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar operational leadership role.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from CAD$20.00 to CAD$23.55 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
