Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
  • Supervise visual merchandising to align with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with in-house and third-party cleaning crews to maintain store standards.
  • Manage supply budgets and ensure adequate stock of supplies, testers, and samples.
  • Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
  • Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in sales performance and expense management.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

Skills

Strong store operations skills. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from CAD$20.00 to CAD$23.55 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
