Sephora Canada is hiring an Operations Lead in Delta, BC. Lead store operations, inventory and the operations team at Tsawwassen Mills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations and ensure all operational processes are executed to company standards.
  • Directly manage the store Operations team, including staffing, scheduling and performance management.
  • Oversee inventory lifecycle activities: receiving, shipping, returns, cycle counts and reconciliation within company timeframes.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and on-stage presentation meet brand guidelines.
  • Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing coaching and escalation where standards are not met.
  • Control supply levels for testers, samples and store consumables and manage related budgets.
  • Support as Manager on Duty; engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor to drive service standards.
  • Monitor store sales performance, staffing and payroll, and contribute to budget and controllable expense strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' experience in a similar operations role within a comparable-volume retail store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to influence peers, deliver constructive feedback and develop team performance.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in store operations, inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
  • Strong time-management and problem-solving capabilities; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

1–3 years in a comparable retail operations role, with demonstrated team leadership and proven operational execution in a high-volume store.
