Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations team at a specific Sephora store location.
- Ensure the execution of all operations-focused processes in alignment with company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage in-house or third-party cleaning crews.
- Manage supply budgets and ensure appropriate quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and expenses.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
