Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and accurately stage incoming shipments; perform timely processing of transfers, damages and testers per company standards.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to Sephora standards; ensure tidiness, safety and compliance with sampling and merchandising procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising by checking in displays and reporting missing or damaged elements to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Participate in inventory control activities and initiatives to reduce shortage and loss; communicate inventory issues to leadership.
  • Assist with cashier-zone presentation and cleanliness; provide client-facing service as required during store hours.
  • Train and cross-train colleagues on Point‑Of‑Sale (POS) and MPOS operations as designated; act as a resource for cashier functions.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical stocking tasks.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Experience

1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, ideally including stockroom, receiving and inventory control responsibilities.
