Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and other team members on register operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the checkout area.
- Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
- Receive and process deliveries promptly, ensuring warehouse organization aligns with company standards.
- Manage product transfers, damaged goods, and demonstrators according to company policies.
- Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
