Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to Sephora standards.
- Manage inventory lifecycle: stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment and cycle counts to preserve inventory accuracy.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand presentation and drive event execution.
- Deliver excellent client service and assist the sales team to achieve store targets through proactive floor support.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures and maintain a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Operate reliably within assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; uphold punctuality and attendance expectations.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; experience in store operations preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrable client-service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
- Team player with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work a variable retail schedule and meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to early-career candidates with 1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments. Experience supporting inventory and merchandising operations is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in business, retail management or related fields is a plus.
