Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain operational standards.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to accurately reflect Sephora brand standards and campaign execution.
  • Contribute to exceptional client service by supporting the sales floor and working collaboratively to meet store sales goals.
  • Uphold company policies and safety procedures to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused operational role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Reliable availability, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and consistent attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
