Sephora Round Rock is hiring a Part-Time Operations Associate. Manage inventory, merchandising and daily store operations. $19.80–$26.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient shopping environment.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment and cycle counts.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to align the store with brand standards and events.
- Support the client experience by assisting the sales team, maintaining presentation standards and helping achieve store sales goals.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe, secure and compliant retail environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture through dependable attendance, punctuality and collaborative support during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time status.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with an aptitude for learning product knowledge quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting sales-driven teams.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to inventory and merchandising (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and a customer-first mindset.

Experience
1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
