Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure efficient, consistent execution of Sephora standards.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand aesthetics and campaign requirements.
  • Contribute to exceptional client experiences by supporting sales staff, maintaining presentation standards and assisting during events.
  • Uphold company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention measures to create a secure shopping environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and meet the required minimum weekly shifts; provide reliable coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Perform physical tasks associated with stock handling, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
  • Proven organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting a client-focused sales environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
