Sephora Newark, DE is hiring an Operations Associate (Flex) — part-time hourly role at Christiana Mall focused on inventory, merchandising and client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day store operations to ensure a safe, organized and customer-focused shopping environment.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment, cycle counts and loss prevention procedures.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and support marketing events.
- Support client-facing activities by assisting team members to deliver exceptional service and contribute to sales targets.
- Maintain operational standards, adhere to company policies and contribute to a culture of inclusion, punctuality and teamwork.
- Work flexible shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet required minimum weekly hours for the Flex schedule.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to colleagues and clients.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform sustained periods of standing and movement on the sales floor.

Experience
1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing role; entry-level to early-career.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
