Sephora New York (SoHo) seeks a Part-Time Operations Associate—$21.75–$28.00/hr—to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational continuity
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and execute events
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service; assist the sales team in achieving store sales goals
  • Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance and meet the required weekly shift/hours, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Experience

Entry-level retail experience required: typically 1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
