Sephora Miami Beach seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations at Lincoln Road (hourly $18–$23/hr).

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain optimal product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and campaign guidelines.
- Support the store team in delivering exceptional client experiences and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and compliant retail environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team‑oriented atmosphere and participate in store events and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to learn and convey product knowledge quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment and able to meet scheduled shift requirements (including nights, weekends and holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry‑level to early career candidate with approximately 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing roles; demonstrated ability to support operational tasks and deliver customer service under busy retail conditions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
