Sephora in Miami (Dadeland) seeks an Operations Associate (Flex) — part-time/flex role focused on inventory & merchandising. $18–$23/hr.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure an efficient, safe and on-brand shopping environment.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, organization and basic inventory control.
  • Assist with merchandising and promotional setups to maintain visual standards and execute events.
  • Fulfill store orders and coordinate back-of-house logistics to support sales floor availability.
  • Deliver consistently high client service and support the sales team in meeting store objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures while promoting an inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing operational role.
  • Excellent organizational ability and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to support client-facing activities.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing and movement.
  • Reliable availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
