Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth, customer‑facing experience
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, organization and cycle counts
  • Execute order fulfillment and maintain operational standards to minimize out‑of‑stocks and shrink
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and event execution
  • Deliver excellent client service and support the sales team to meet store objectives
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and uphold Sephora’s policies for a safe, welcoming shopping environment
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability to meet scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing environment preferred
  • Proven organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team oriented and goal driven
  • Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information to clients
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stock tasks

Experience
