Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth, customer‑facing experience
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, organization and cycle counts
- Execute order fulfillment and maintain operational standards to minimize out‑of‑stocks and shrink
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and event execution
- Deliver excellent client service and support the sales team to meet store objectives
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and uphold Sephora’s policies for a safe, welcoming shopping environment
- Maintain punctuality and reliability to meet scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing environment preferred
- Proven organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team oriented and goal driven
- Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information to clients
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stock tasks

Experience
Entry‑level to early career: typically 1–2 years in retail, hospitality or a client‑focused role with hands‑on experience in inventory handling and merchandising.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality, retail or merchandising coursework is a plus.
