Sephora – Operations Associate (Part‑time) in Elizabeth, NJ. Hourly $21.75–$28.00/hr. Support inventory, merchandising and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain seamless product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and local marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by assisting the sales team, supporting client experiences and contributing to sales objectives.
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Contribute to a collaborative store culture by promoting inclusivity, punctuality and reliable shift coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise operational tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service focus.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock-handling duties.
  • Availability to meet required minimum weekly shifts and to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Experience

Entry-level retail experience: typically 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or client-focused role with hands-on exposure to inventory handling, merchandising and customer-facing service.

Education
