Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store accurately reflects brand campaigns and event activations.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and assist in achieving store sales objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures to create a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive store culture by supporting colleagues and fostering open communication.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or another client‑facing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a capacity to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conveying product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail duties during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Reliable punctuality and availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part‑time scheduling.

Experience
