Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Request and track evidence of gondolas and store spaces.
  • Obtain store permissions for supplier or brand entry.
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for the Incubation Fund and follow up on approvals.
  • Compile productivity reports for categories on a monthly and semi-annual basis.
  • Support virtual store visits for retrofit audits and complete visit reports.
  • Generate POs for merchandising operations projects and assist in their follow-up.
  • Facilitate communication of brand movements to stores and ensure follow-up.
  • Assist in merchandising activities for store openings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Design, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operational roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written).

Skills

Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and report generation. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience

1 to 2 years of experience in operational roles within a retail or similar environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Design, Business, or a related field.
