Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of merchandising strategies across the Asia region.
- Collaborate with global brands to ensure efficient market execution.
- Support the sourcing and incubation of emerging Asian beauty brands.
- Assist in overseeing the merchandising budget.
- Conduct in-depth business analytics to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Provide strategic support for global meetings.
- Contribute to the development of the Asia product development and animation calendar.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in merchandising or category management, preferably in multi-brand retail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing category strategies.
- Experience in managing brand portfolios and supplier relationships.

Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in merchandising or category management, ideally with multi-brand retail experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage.
