Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's standards.
• Manage sales by adhering to company guidelines for appearance and uniform, offering product advice and selection assistance to customers.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
• Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist store management in maintaining balanced inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and stress management abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and an eight-hour workday.
