Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique makeup needs.
  • Inspire and assist customers in discovering their inner artist through makeup application and education.
  • Stay informed about new products, beauty trends, and techniques to enhance customer experience.
  • Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
  • Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
  • Conduct one-on-one makeup appointments with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and learn from each other.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales and artistry experience.
  • Certification or qualification in makeup artistry is highly desirable.

Skills

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge. Proficiency in makeup application and techniques. Effective communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and makeup artistry is required.
