Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining company standards for appearance and uniform.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the cleanliness of shelves and drawers in assigned areas.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, with two days off per week.
