Makeup & Skincare Advisor
Sephora Changzhou is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor to provide makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations and drive store sales.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations in accordance with Sephora service standards to maximise client satisfaction and drive sales.
- Actively identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products and services, and work to achieve personal and store KPIs and sales targets.
- Operate the till and complete cashiering transactions following company SOPs and CRM policies; correctly apply promotions and ensure cash security.
- Prepare, maintain and replenish product displays within the assigned area to meet Sephora visual merchandising standards and support quarterly promotional layouts.
- Execute stock-management tasks including receiving, returns, cycle counts and FIFO rotation; maintain backroom 5S and accuracy of inventory records.
- Complete mandatory brand and product training, participate in in-store and regional training initiatives, and share learnings with colleagues to support team development.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety and company policies and perform other duties as assigned by store management.

- Genuine passion for cosmetics, beauty and fashion.
- Proactive, eager to learn and able to complete required training and assessments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; optimistic and client-focused.
- Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate with store management and colleagues.
- Ability to follow SOPs, CRM processes and hygiene standards consistently.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or beauty consultancy experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate customer service aptitude and retail sales potential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certifications in cosmetics, beauty or related fields are an advantage.
