Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product consultations and recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge.
- Maintain product displays and cleanliness in designated areas.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication and stress management abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
