Sephora — Maintenance Technician I (4th Shift) in Las Vegas, NV. Entry-level distribution center role at $26.25–$28.10/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs to facility systems and distribution equipment, including plumbing, painting and general upkeep.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling and warehousing equipment (lubrication, cleaning, basic repairs, adjustments and calibration).
- Check, change and clean powered industrial truck batteries and perform routine battery maintenance.
- Operate scissor lifts and other powered material handling equipment safely to complete maintenance tasks.
- Document equipment repairs, adjustments and maintenance activities accurately.
- Provide general labor and custodial repairs; assist with set up, tear down and clean up for company meetings and social events.
- Adhere to all safety and loss-prevention policies; report hazards and potential violations; maintain proper work attire and PPE.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and work required overtime or shift differentials as business needs dictate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training, vocational certificate or relevant coursework preferred.
- Background or demonstrated aptitude in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with maintenance of material handling equipment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights (up to 32 feet) when required.
- Availability to work a standard 4th shift schedule (Friday–Monday, approximate 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) and to perform overtime when needed.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level maintenance role; technical training or prior experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair is preferred. Experience maintaining material handling equipment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or vocational certification preferred.
