Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Drive sales and service metrics by rebooking appointments, recommending products, and converting consultations into purchases.
- Maintain active professional licensure and consistently apply health, hygiene and safety protocols.
- Provide personalised client consultations, educate clients on products and trends, and build long‑term client relationships.
- Support a collaborative, inclusive store environment and adhere to company policies and retail standards.
- Maintain reliable attendance and meet the required minimum weekly shifts/hours, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are performed.
- 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or customer service.
- Deep knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and application techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver personalised client service and build lasting client relationships.
- Team‑oriented, punctual, and able to thrive in a goal‑driven retail environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment; demonstrated ability to deliver personalised consultations and meet sales/service goals.
