Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application, in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive store performance by selling products, rebooking clients, and achieving individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide personalized client consultations, educate customers on product benefits and usage, and build lasting client relationships.
  • Maintain active licensure and adhere to all health, hygiene and safety protocols while upholding Sephora’s operational standards.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store environment and assist with store floor duties during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state where services are provided.
  • Availability to meet required weekly shifts for a part-time schedule (15–29 hrs/week), including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments, with demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and meet sales objectives.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetician or related certification preferred.
