Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide and rebook beauty services, contributing to store goals.
  • Perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
  • Follow company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in New York.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team player thriving in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
