Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
  • Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
  • Meet required minimum number of weekly shifts and be available during peak retail operations.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide beauty services in the state of Tennessee.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team player thriving in a collaborative environment. Quick learner with effective product knowledge sharing skills. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
