Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional beauty services including makeup application and waxing as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
  • Educate and empower clients with up-to-date beauty trends and product knowledge.
  • Maintain active licensure and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to store goals by rebooking beauty services and selling products.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
  • Ensure adherence to Sephora's standards and policies to create a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide beauty services in the state of employment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team-oriented with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
