Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services from the Sephora Beauty Services menu — including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application — to achieve client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Drive store results by selling products, rebooking beauty services, and meeting individual and store performance targets.
  • Provide expert, personalized client consultations that educate clients on products, routines and trends to foster long-term relationships.
  • Maintain active licensure and consistently follow health, safety and hygiene protocols during all treatments.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and represent Sephora standards for customer experience, safety and store presentation.
  • Be reliably available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet the minimum required weekly hours for part-time roles.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup services and false-lash application where services are performed.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and beauty tools, with an ability to teach and upsell.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing for extended periods.

Experience
