Sephora in Fort Worth seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-time) to deliver makeup, waxing and beauty services. $19.80–$26.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s services menu.
- Drive sales and service revenue by consulting with clients, recommending products, rebooking services and achieving store performance targets.
- Maintain an active state license and consistently observe health, safety and hygiene protocols during all services.
- Provide personalized client education on products, formulations and beauty techniques to build long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold Sephora’s operational standards and policies.
- Work flexible schedules to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly shifts.
Qualifications
- Active, state-recognized license to provide waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state where employed.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a beauty services role or in retail/hospitality with client-facing service delivery.
- Deep knowledge of beauty products, trends and service techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver consultative, relationship-driven service and meet sales/service objectives.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a team and quickly sharing product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role, or equivalent experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments. Demonstrated track record of personalized client service and meeting sales/service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of cosmetology/esthetician training or relevant certification is strongly preferred given licensing requirements.
