Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver licensed beauty services (makeup, waxing, false-lash application and services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu) with professional technique and hygiene.
- Provide personalized client consultations to recommend products and services, drive retail sales and secure service rebookings.
- Maintain all required state licensure and adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols for all treatments.
- Support store performance by meeting individual and team targets for services and retail conversion.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture by sharing product knowledge, mentoring peers and participating in store initiatives.
- Be available and reliable for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application where services are provided.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments.
- Deep knowledge of beauty products, trends, techniques and service protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build long-term client relationships.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual and able to meet scheduled shift minimums.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or other client-focused roles; experience delivering makeup and waxing services preferred.
