Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide beauty services in the state of employment.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
