Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
  • Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about all beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, fostering an open and empowering environment.
  • Adhere to Sephora standards, ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Compensation

$24.00 - $29.40 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
