Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
  • Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in North Carolina.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
