Sephora in Ardmore, PA is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part Time) at Suburban Square — $21.75–$28/hr to deliver makeup, waxing and client services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional beauty services per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash services.
  • Deliver personalised client consultations to educate, recommend products and rebook beauty services to drive sales and retention.
  • Achieve individual and store performance goals through product sales, service bookings and exceptional client experiences.
  • Maintain active licensure, follow sanitation and health & safety protocols, and uphold Sephora’s operational and brand standards.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and contribute positively to team culture and store operations.
  • Work a flexible schedule to support peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-application services in the state where services are provided.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a comparable beauty, retail, hospitality, or client-facing service role.
  • Demonstrable product knowledge across skincare, cosmetics and fragrance and familiarity with current beauty trends and techniques.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalised client service, build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Dependable availability for scheduled shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays) and punctual attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
