Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly and annual accounting closings, including the preparation of accrual entries.
  • Generate financial reports in compliance with Group formats and deadlines.
  • Monitor and analyze Tech Capex and Opex, managing intercompany re-billings.
  • Participate in constructing budgets and revised forecasts with Tech managers.
  • Ensure reliability and transparency of financial data and cost visibility.
  • Supervise and validate commitments and expenditures, proposing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor key Tech Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to improving financial data visibility.
  • Implement optimized processes to enhance administrative efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement of financial tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in IT controlling or a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial challenges within an IT environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with expertise in data reporting and pivot tables.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Financial modeling and consolidation expertise. Autonomous and rigorous work ethic with a strong affinity for IT tools and systems. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and prioritization capabilities. Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment.

Experience

Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven experience in IT controlling or a similar financial role.
