Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Serve as a role model by embodying Sephora's values and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team and management.
- Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
- Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
Qualifications
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Availability to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
