Role & Responsibilities

  • Adapt and implement central and local marketing creative assets across e‑commerce channels and the mobile app for the Polish and Czech markets.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of e‑commerce/app marketing activities: write creative briefs, prepare communication copy, liaise with central creative studio and local agencies, and ensure quality and on‑time delivery.
  • Select and prioritise products for e‑commerce marketing communications and promotional activity.
  • Collaborate with brands, suppliers, distributors and agencies to create and execute marketing communications.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Assortment, Sales, E‑commerce, Logistics and Inventory teams to plan and deliver campaigns and promotions.
  • Support Performance Marketing by adapting creatives, producing content and coordinating with digital agencies.
  • Manage content publication schedules, App Push communication and contribute to e‑mail marketing activities.
  • Participate in special projects (e.g., landing pages, UX initiatives) that support e‑commerce development.
  • Produce and analyse performance reports, prepare presentations and recommend improvements based on data.

Qualifications

  • First professional experience in an office environment or internships in marketing/e‑commerce.
  • Strong written communication and creative copywriting skills; an aesthetic eye for composition.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Point; familiarity with graphic tools—Photoshop is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset, autonomy in execution and comfort working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • Effective team collaborator with good communication in project settings.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Preferred: experience in project or creative agency work within beauty/fashion and knowledge of beauty trends.

Experience

Entry‑level / Junior: first professional office experience required; internships or project work in e‑commerce, marketing or creative agencies desirable. Prior exposure to beauty or fashion retail is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
