Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Sephora China's data and AI strategy to support business objectives.
  • Lead the data team in exploring and implementing data and AI use-cases across various departments.
  • Define and manage the data and AI roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with Sephora's global strategy.
  • Oversee the technical vision and architecture of the big data platform, ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and develop visual analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Foster a data-driven culture through education and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build and manage a multidisciplinary Data and AI team, promoting innovation and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with global teams to co-develop scalable data solutions and share AI algorithms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership roles, with 3 years in people management.
  • Proven experience in driving business transformation through data and AI.
  • Experience partnering with C-level executives to define and operationalize a data-driven vision.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to link AI initiatives to KPIs.

Experience
