Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor operations across various beauty domains including skincare, fragrance, and haircare.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to Sephora's sales model and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train team members on customer interaction technologies.
- Support in-store event organization to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor performance management needs and provide necessary coaching.
- Deliver timely feedback to team members for improvement and conduct regular updates with direct reports.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of store revenue and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a retail environment.

Compensation
