Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product consultations and recommendations.
  • Complete foundational training and exams at Sephora University, participate in brand and regional training, and acquire comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Prepare product displays in assigned areas and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

  • Exceptional customer service awareness.
  • Strong communication and stress management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
