Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by adhering to company guidelines for appearance and uniform, offering product consultations and recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
- Process customer transactions following cashier procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist store management in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry with a willingness to explore and embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, with two days off per week and eight-hour shifts.
